Double layer open front cardigan. Soft rib knit sleeves and sweater knit inside with the semi-sheer flocked dot on the body of the cardigan. This one runs slightly on the smaller side. Especially if you’re wanting to layer a long sleeve under, maybe consider going up a size because the arms are fitted.
